Hi, I'm Kyrsten.

While most people were building their businesses, I was the one obsessing over the systems behind them. The inventory management, the vendor communication, the onboarding process, the inbox that never stops. The stuff that keeps a business running but nobody talks about — that's always been where I thrive.

I ran my own online boutique and while I loved the creative side, what energized me most was building the back end. The processes. The organization. The systems that made everything else possible. I realized pretty quickly that operations wasn't the thing getting in the way of my business — it was my actual zone of genius.

So I built Meridian Co. around it. I work with small e-commerce and product-based business owners who are great at their craft but stretched thin on everything surrounding it. I step in as their behind-the-scenes operations person — handling the admin, building the systems, and keeping everything running so they can stay focused on growing.

How is this different from hiring a VA on Fiverr?

A Fiverr VA completes tasks. I build systems, manage ongoing operations, and learn your business. I'm not a one-and-done freelancer — I'm a consistent part of your back office with accountability, contracts, and a real business behind me.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope. All retainers are month-to-month with 14 days written notice to cancel. No long-term commitment required. I earn your business every single month.

What if I only need help with one project?

Project-based work is absolutely available. No retainer required — just a defined scope, a flat rate, and a clear timeline. Check the project rates above or reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.

How do you keep my business information safe?

Every client signs an NDA before we start. Your business data, customer information, login credentials, and operational details stay completely confidential. Always.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Any hours beyond your monthly retainer are billed at my standard overage rate and invoiced separately at month end. I'll always give you a heads up before you go over — no surprise invoices.
